If Tel-Jilad Fallen blocks an equipped creature, is he affected by the bonus the equipment grants the attacking creature?

If Goblin Gaveleer has got Bladed Pinions and some other equiptments equipt, can Tel-Jilad Fallen block it as a 1/1 without any of the bonuses?

no because protection from artifacts means that he can't be targeted by artifact spells or abilities, can't be blocked by artifact creatures, damage from artifact sources are prevented, and he can't be equipped or enchanted by artifacts

soooooo... protection from artifacts does nothing in this case because Goblin Gaveleer is red... although he's equipped with an artifact, Tel-Jilad Fallen is not blocking the equipment, but the creature

Additionally, even if Tel-Jilad Fallen would be protected from the equipment (which is not correct), Goblin Gaveleer would still get the +2/+0 bonuses from having equipment attached to it.

No. Combat damage is dealt by the creature.
