If Wrexial, the Risen Deep deals combat damage to my opponent and I cast Staggershock using wrexial will it rebound?

If my Wrexial, the Risen Deep dealt combat damage to a player, and i chose a Staggershock in my opponent's graveyard, would the rebound effect be under my control or my opponent's?

I'd be tending to think that the answer to your question would be tha Staggershock would rebound on your side if the Wrexial, the Risen Deep got damage in, and also when the spell rebounds and is triggered, the card would end up back in the owner's graveyard, meaning you can use it again when Wrexial, the Risen Deep attacks next time round. :)

No, I believe that is incorrect. The reminder text for rebound says "If you cast this spell from your hand..." As you aren't casting it from your hand, the rebound doesn't take effect. Kinda sucks.

Yeah, forgot about the part about casting from the hand. lol.

My bad. Well, at least it is being casted, then removed from the game. :)
