if you have 2 Leonin Arbiters in play, does a player have to pay 4 to search their library?

Just wondering if the effect doubles up. I'm assuming it would, since when someone pays 2 they are counteracting the effect of 1 arbiter.
The way to think about this is that there are two cards (ie Leonin Arbiter ) in play that say "You cannot search your library unless you pay 2.".
So even if you "deactivate" one ability by paying the cost, the other ability is still "active". Only after you've paid for both (ie "deactivated" them for the turn) is the restriction fully lifted.
In essence there are two distinct reasons you cannot search your library and only when you've dealt with both of them can you search your library again.

Yes, you're correct. You'd have to pay 2 for each Arbiter out there.
