If you pull off an infinite turn combo and attack each turn can your opponent block each turn if the creature is indestructible?

say you manage to pull of an infinite turn combo. you then can keep attacking each turn. but say your opponent can block with an indestructable creature. can they block just as much as you attack? or only once?
As long as a creature is untapped and not enchanted with a Pacifism effect, that creature will be able to block one other creature (provide it's not Palace Guard or something similar) every combat phase.

Actually, it doesn't matter too much what sort of infinite combo; as long as the creature isn't tapped, it can block. So your opponent can block with an indestructible creature as much as he wants unless you find a way to tap him (note that blocking doesn't cause a creature to tap) or get rid of him some other way.
However, I've got a feeling you're a bit fuzzy on some other areas. In general, you get one attack phase per turn. Even if you get infinite turns, it's still different turns each time you attack, so most things from the last turn is reset.
Also, since this may be what you're driving at instead - if you've got infinite turns, but no way to push lethal damage through to your opponent then you'll never kill them that way. At that point it's actually YOU who will lose the game, since you'll keep drawing cards - you draw one at the start of each of your turns, but they never will since they don't get a turn to draw - and eventually mill yourself out if you don't have any way left in your deck to break the stalemate.

Because of what MagnorCriol mentioned, infinite ATTACK PHASES is usually a better way to accomplish things. Hellkite Charger + Bear Umbra is a VERY effective beatdown, because it happens in the air, and there are almost no natural indestructible flying creatures I can name off the top of my head.

or does it depend on the conditions on how what type of infinite turn combo you made?
