indestructible vs grasp of darkness?

does a darksteel myr, without any buffs, targeted by a grasp of darkness go to the graveyard?

Yes. Grasp reduces it's toughness to below 0 which sends it to the graveyard as a state based action.

IronHead is correct. Creatures with Infect will also kill indestructible dudes as soon as they reach 0 toughness.
