Milling into Exile

If cards milled by Ripples of Undeath are milled into exile by Rest in Peace is it possible to return the exiled cards to hand by RoU's effect as RoU doesn't reference the graveyard at all.

Yes, you’ll still be able to.

Specifically this rule will help you:

701.13c An effect that refers to a milled card can find that card in the zone it moved to from the library, as long as that zone is a public zone.
