Myojin rules

If I cast Show and Tell and put Myojin of Seeing Winds into play, does it come in with an indestructible counter?

Some additional info: some older Magic rules text uses the word "play" to mean both "cast" for spells and "play" for lands (the battlefield was also called the "in-play zone" which added a little more confusion). Nowadays cards will instead say "cast" if they're only talking about casting a spell and will use "play" if they're talking about playing lands or for an effect that could let you either cast a spell or play a land. The current Oracle text of Myojin of Seeing Winds and friends has been updated to use the word "cast" to be more clear.

No sir, Myojin needs to be cast from hand while S&T puts it directly into play
