Psychic Frog and Emrakul

If I have Psychic Frog in play and i decide to use Burning Inquiry/Goblin Lore and Emrakul, the Aeons Torn is one of the random cards discarded; could I in response to Emrakul going into the graveyard activate the Frogs ability to exile 3 cards to prevent shuffling my graveyard into my library?
yup that sounds right idk why I thought it was any different than Surgical Extraction lol

You can in response to the Emrakul trigger exile 3 cards to give the Frog flying. However Emrakul’s trigger will still be on the stack (regardless of whether Emrakul was one of the 3 cards exiled or-not), and whatever remains in your graveyard will still get shuffled into your deck.
