Ramos, Dragon Engine and Najeela, the Blade-Blossom interaction

I was wondering if activating Ramos’s ability would allow you to activate Najeela’s ability twice in one turn. I’m thinking the answer might be no, if my understanding of losing mana between steps and phases is correct, but I figured I’d ask just in case

You could activate Najeela’s ability twice in a row to stack up two additional combat phases.

You are correct that you would lose the mana between phases, so you can’t activate her ability on difference phases using that mana (as the mana will be gone), so unless your creatures have vigilance you might not benefit from stacking up combat phases this way (as they only get to untap when you activate the ability)
