Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker loses abilities before trigger..

• Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker is in the battlefield and a 1/1 creature dies during the Combat Phase on my turn, both creatures are controlled by the same opponent.

• In my Post-Combat Main Phase I cast Reprobation on Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker, it loses all abilities.

Would the 1/1 creature still return to the battlefield at the end of the turn?

Yes, it will return. Shirei's ability triggers when the 1-power creature dies, and as the trigger resolves it sets up another delayed triggered ability ("...at the beginning of the next end step"). Removing Shirei's abilities doesn't make that delayed trigger stop existing. It will still trigger at the appropriate time.
