what is the best deck in standard that you can make that is under 150$ that can take any amount of skill whether it takes a pro or is for a beginner
Thats easy! RDW or just a straight burn deck. Here is mine for $85 Red Burn. It is super easy to play, and its very competitive. In fact it will win 9 times out 10.

It can be anything really. it's your call. You can run WW if you like lots of guys, BW control, rg-overrun, bu-proliferated-infect, G/B Landfall, or any other combo you can dream up.

This really seems more like a forum/discussion question than a Q&A.
Really, though. No winning deck can be piloted with no thought. And few tournament decks these days cost beneath $150, sadly, though that doesn't mean they're not out there (see above for example).
This site's deck pricing function can actually be helpful here. Go look at some top-ranking Standard decks and see what they price out at.

I'm with sgteads. If you want cheap and user-friendly, RDW has always been the weapon of choice.

it does not matter what we think you should look at some decks on hear and play test them. its all based on your game play style. but i would have to say that RDW is always a good choice.

Also, if you build a deck on TappedOut the price is displayed, although it might not be from the site you usually buy cards from.

I hear that there is a New Vamp deck out that's dirt cheap and comparable to WW. Otherwise WW is cheap and good as is RDW. All tourney decks have some money involved though.
