How many cards do you draw wiht multiple Wall of Omens?

Okay i run four Wall of Omens in my angel deck, if i have one Wall of Omens out already and another one comes into play would both cards triggered abilities activate? i.e - would i draw to cards? similarly if i have three out and my fourth comes into play would i draw four cards?
No. When a card uses is name, i.e. "When wall of omens enters the battlefield, draw a card", it is referring specifically to itself, not every card with that name. So wall of omens draws you a card when it comes in, and from that point on, its effectively a 0/4 defender with no other abilities.
If it triggered from the entry of any card with the same name, then it would be phrased as something like "whenever a creature named Wall of Omens enters the battlefield under your control, draw a card" or "whenever you cast a spell named Wall of Omens, draw a card".
A good example of creatures that do trigger like this are the allies. Some allies have a triggered ability that is triggered whenever any creature with the ally creature type enters the battlefield. For instance, Hagra diabolist has an ability that triggers whenever it or any other ally enters the battlefield, causing an opponent to lose life equal to the number of allies you control on resolution of the ability.
