What are Personal Ratings?
Asked by sgteads 14 years ago
So how does the deckling, Deckster, Decklord thing work? I mean what are the parameters or how is it judged? And what is it used for?
pretty sure that decklords are top 50 highest ranked. deckster is probably 51-100, (not sure about that), deckling is everyone else.

I always thought decklord, deckling, and deckster referred to how many decks you've made. I don't decklord is necessarily top 50. I'm a decklord and I'm not top fifty

also i believe the rankings go from deckie, deckling, deckster, deckspert, to decklord.

The rating's really don't have much of a say in how things are on this site (well, at this moment in time anyway), they are just there as a way of showing who is more active on this site.
How this will be affected in the near future is up to the owner. But for now, consider the rating as a form of user activity :)
Hope this helps :)

how you go up in rank is by being active on the site by posting decks, commenting on other peoples decks, answering questions, being active in forums, and etc.
as for what its used for im not exactly sure though i guess it can be used for "bragging rights" but i think its there mainly to show how active some users are compared other. i guess you could consider the rankings as an incentive to be more active on the site
