okay, lets say i have a 60 card deck and have 75 token creatures in play, what will happen in the event of anyone playing something like Warp World ?

If that happens, the tokens would die when they leave the battlefield, your other permanents would go into your library, then all artifacts, creatures, lands, and enchantments in your library are put on the battlefield.

You would deck out. The next time you draw you lose the game.

thaimaishuu is correct.

Oracle ruling from Warp World : 10/1/2009: Tokens are permanents but not cards. They'll count toward the number of permanents shuffled into your library, so you'll get a card back for each token you owned. But the tokens themselves should be ignored while you're revealing cards from your library. In practice, you shouldn't actually shuffle them into your library since they'll cease to exist as soon as Warp World finishes resolving. Note that a token's owner is the player under whose control it first entered the battlefield; this is a change from previous rules.

Welll, if you have planeswalkers, enchantments, or any nonpermanent spells in your library, they'll be put back into your library, so you won't lose immediately.

sporkife has it, any planeswalkers, instants and sorceries will go back into your library. This actually sounds like a really good way to win a game. Spawn a pile of Goblin tokens, warp the world into Goblin Chieftain , Goblin Guide , Goblin Wardriver and others, and if your opponent survives you draw Lightning Bolt s, Lava Axe s and Koth of the Hammer for the rest of the game.
