What happens if you target a Precursor Golem with a kicked Strength of the Tajuru?

...cause it's a little mind bending. is the spell copied once for each golem it's targeting? this would be cool.

Er, forgot to finish writing that last thought - if you DON'T kick Strength and only target a single golem (as per Precursor's ability text), then the spell only has a single target, Precursor's ability triggers and all golems get the counters.

also as long as a spell has multiple targets it doesn't matter how many golems you target the spell wont get copied. even if you target just one golem and one non-Golem the spell wont be copied because it has multiple targets.

ACtually, it's not nearly as mind-bending as you think. If you kick Strength of the Tajuru , it has multiple targets, right? That's the whole point of the multikicker.
And Precursor Golem 's ability triggers only when you cast a spell that targets only a single golem. So if you multikick it and target several golems, it's a very straightforward effect - exactly what you targeted gets the counters.
If you DON'T kick the spell, and target only Precursor Golem , then ALL golems get the counters.
