What happens when multiple spells are casted at the same time? (Two-Head Giant)

I don't know how much you guys know about Two-headed giant format, but it is worth a shot.
Example: Wild Evocation is on the battlefield.
I understand that during the upkeep step of a two-headed giant game both active players will cast their cards at the same time.
My question is does the primary player get to choose the stack order?

Yes, the primary player on the team can decide the order the abilities are stacked in. This is handled as though they were all controlled by the same player.

the answer is completely dependent on who cast the spell (i.e. if you cast the spell you have the most involvement with that spell.) therefore your spell is at the bottom of the stack, then your teammate, followed by your opponents, and no you cannot choose the stack order its completely determined by direct involvement with the card
