What If I enchant a creature with a(tap) activated ability with Uncontrollable Anger?

Say I put Uncontrollable Anger on Bomb Squad . it says he must attack if able, can I still play his activated ability ?

Yes. All the "must attack if able" means is that DURING the combat step, if you can attack with him (i.e., he's untapped, doesn't have summoning sickness, etc.), you have to attack with him. You can still use his activated ability at any time he's untapped. In fact, you can use his activated ability specifically to prevent him from being able/forced to attack later.
