The feature que is a way to deck-cycle your deck but leave it at the top of the main page for around 24 hours. It costs money, however, to do this. If you upgrade your account you will be given 3 free "feature tokens." The tokens will be used once you "feature" a deck you've made.
Aside from upgrading your account you can also purchase feature tokens by themselves. To do so go to Extras at the top of the page and follow the links.
