with Skyshroud Ranger can you play two lands a turn?

I'm thinking you can, otherwise the card wouldn't be much good

Walking atlas is intact an artifact creature. Wizards omitted artifact from the type line accidentaly and they have Said it is indeed artifact. I'd link u but can't from phone. Will post link later tho.

Yes. You may put your normal land into play first, then tap your Skyshroud Ranger to play another land. The reason why this is possible is because card text overrides any rule it addresses. In this case, the rule is that you can only play one land a turn. Skyshroud Ranger says that you may play a land when you tap it. The card does not care that you already played one.
In fact, if you have a good way to untap him, you can drop multiple land.
