#1You need to take out Training Grounds. Hashaton is a triggered ability, not an activated one, so that card essentially reads as a do-nothing card in your deck. I'd say probably add another land or so to the deck to replace it as well; even with a generally low CMC/"casting cost" for Hashaton and some of your other big play-makers, only 32 (as of posting) feels like you'll end up bricking often enough that you might end up floundering late-game.
