My name is David, but I like to use the name Alzhander for most things relating to games and computers. I don't know if it means anything, nor where it comes from. It just came to me one day when I was creating a character for Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn. I have been playing Magic since high school (back in 2002), when a friend of mine introduced me to the game and taught me how to play. He also gave me a deck that he built out of his surplus cards. I fell in love with the Mirrodin block, with its myriad of artifacts and the flexibility in use. The Ravnica block caught my attention, too, mainly with the Orzhov guild. Who knew black and white could work together so harmoniously. The Orzhov cards allowed me to build my deck, Life / Death, that wins a fair amount of the time in casual. All of my decks are built from cards that I personally own, I don't see the point in posting decks that I can't actually create. I am not a tournament player, preferring the relaxed construction and play of casual games.
