Ok so here some idea. Some are expensive but, some just feel liks strict upgrades
Cultivate over Harvest Season. If you have 3 lands on board, no lands in hand and a bunch of 5 drop dragons. Harvest season does nothing, cultivate gets you to casting especially with fist of sun
Farseek and kodamas reach over Dragonlord's Servant and Dragonspeaker Shaman. So theres a weird disconnect between your 2 types of ramp. Fixing ramp to cast into things with Fist of Sun, and colorless reduction. The colorless reduction effects 1 3rd of your deck. But farseek and cultivate let you cast the other 2 but also don't get blown out by removal. Cost the same
Assassin's trophy over Dreadbore
Or Mortify. One or the other, whichever you feel is better for the curve
Sarkhan's Triumph over Orator of Ojutai. Orator is a decent blocker that sometimes draws a card. Triumph ways gets you gas. Demonic Tutor is better than both honestly
Dragonlord Ojutai over Into the Wilds. Its a dragon, that lets you get more than a land, and only costs 1 more
Phyrexian Reclamation over Palace Siege just... better
Temur Ascendancy over Monastery Mentor gives everything haste and draws a card when you play a creature. Instead of just discarding a card
Darksteel Plate over Indestructibility. Indestructibility can be destroyed. Goes away when the creature is bounced or exiled. Plate does none of these, though should honestly just be a dragon in this slot
Dragon's Hoard over Pyramid of the Pantheon. Pyramid is just so slow dude. But dragons hoard drawd cards for playing creature.
Bladewing the Risen over Darigaaz Reincarnated darigaz is good but takes like 3 tutns to come back. Youd probably be dead by time it came back.
Scalelord Reckoner over Wall of Denial. Wall of denial has done a lot of work over the years. Also, not a dragon
Silumgar, the Drifting Death over Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius the color intensive draw a card isnt as good as wrathing the board every time you attack
Sylvan library over Descendants' Path. Put your budget to the test by always drawing 3 cards a turn instead of having an 18 out of 90 chance to flip a dragon
