Ideal mana base, running the full 7 Fetch lands as there 4 fetch-able dual sources in the allied colour pairs.
Your budget comes into effect as well, if you can only afford the basic tapped duels you won't be to slow (they are there for giving your mana base structure) It just slows you down a bit as they enter tapped.

The utility lands can be swapped out to be whatever you need them to be but I tend to run Ancient Tomb and Strip Mine in all of my decks, starting to see Scavenger Grounds put in work and it also becoming a staple in most decks I run.

Basics lands ratio will depend on your mana requirements in your deck, I have just split down the middle to fill the numbers for basic lands.
Note: 1 - that if you are running a tribal deck you can swap out
Mana Confluence & City of Brass for Path of Ancestry & Unclaimed Territory also swapping out a utility land for Cavern of Souls.
Note: 2 - Rakdos Goblin tribal decks also get a nice tribal Dual Land Auntie's Hovel that can replace one of the enters tapped duels.
