The typical line of play is mulligan until 2+mana. Play lands. If grist resolves, win. If she gets countered, forfeit. That’s how a typical game with this deck goes.

I took inspiration from this from one land spy, which might be where most of your suggestions are from. I playtested with your recommended cards and I almost always would of rather had another land.

The problem with land grant is that I would just rather play a forest. Dark ritual might be good, but I would rather have a land most of the time because I need for grist.

Since you are on this website likely under an alt account, you probably like playing magic. You had fifty-fifty odds of being unable to play mtg right from when you were born by your logic. Nice build! Why are you playing Evolving Wilds, Terramorphic Expanse, and Myriad Landscape with no basic lands?

I think the main difference between outlaws “everybody’s wearing cowboy hats” and murders “everybody’s wearing detective hats” is that in outlaws, it actually made sense. The cowboy theme on a new plane didn’t feel jammed in, and the story was pretty good. (They managed to keep Jace out for almost all of it!) For Murders though, they stuck it in the middle of my favorite plane that has nothing to do with the plane. NEW CAPENNA EXISTS. But I still think Ravnica is my favorite plane, regardless of what happened to it recently.

Just a side note-Farewell is not strictly better than Merciless Eviction as the latter can hit planeswalkers.
