A list of cards from all of Magicdom which encourage your opponents to attack your other opponents (and not you) in a multiplayer game.
All of these tactics work like propaganda for your deck - they all help to persuade your opponents to attack other targets, leaving you to build up unmolested while your soften each other up. Not included are cards like Moat or Light of Day, cards that affect the whole board (and not just your corner of it); for while it is true that such cards may prevent incoming attacks, they do not allow your opponents to continue "playing as usual" by attacking each other. This means that a) they aren't damaging each other, and b) you are going to draw their hate since you aren't letting them channel it elsewhere. This is what separates mere control / defensive / turtle cards from cards with true "propaganda effects".
And is very successful propaganda indeed, comrade!
