I've been playing since I was bought the Starter 2000 for my 7th Birthday in June 2000. I obsessed over the Art, followed by respecting the colour specific mechanics, and finally studying the Philosophies of the Colour Pie. The themes and personalities of each colour, and their interactions with each other fascinated me. Now in my 20's, the game has become a chance to invent Characters as I build decks corresponding to their personalities. It's almost a roleplay of mine. For this reason, I play mostly Legacy as a filthy Casual (I'm unashamed!) as the flavour of the deck means more to me than the set the cards are from.
