Quick thoughts: 2 terrible rares, admirals orders is not great. Basically the same as cancel. Not to say its unplayable, just unexciting. the other rares are good but spread me across 4 colors.
Gold cards: How good is jungle creeper? I don't know. a 3 mana 3/3 is good but wont win me games. the recursion is interesing but considering it cant stand up to bombs I just dont see it being a good enough card. Mistbinder is not gonna happen as there are no merfolk really. Azor is a champ, but really requires me to be UW
Red looks weak. Tuskadon is a good finisher and horncrest is good in a dino deck but probably not good enough. Verdict: no.
Green offers Ripjaw raptor but not much else. The dreadmaws are great finishers but given the are double green it will be hard to splash the. Deathgorge scavenger is a good card but most times it is just a 3 mana 3/2 that attacks as a 4/3 or gains is life. Still fine but not a huge pull. Pounce is very good removal. Plummet would see main deck play I think in sealed. Atzocan archer is quite good. Pounce, archer, and ripjaw raptor seems like a good combo... Verdcit: maybe but the double green cards make this had to play as a splash.
Black- Champion of Dusk is a great card, even if i just draw 2 cards off it. Incentives me to play white as well. Dusk Charger is a great finisher. 2 removal spells, I wish they were impales but whatever. Also the Ruthless Knave is quite good for both splashing cards and late game card advantage. Verdict- Probably need to play this color.
Blue- Outside of Azor, I see only a couple cards I want to play. Siren Reaver, Sailor of means, waterknot. Waterknot is my best removal spell in the pool so I feel like that's worth something. The counter spells are much better in sealed than they are in draft and I would play them but not be happy about it. Blue: not exciting but may be worth it for azor and waterknot. both double blue....
White- 1 good removal, 1 okay removal, 1 terrible removal. I can get a couple of vampires to justify glorifer. Snubhorn sentries are surprisingly good. Also need this for Azor. Also, altisaur is BASICALLY a removal spell on the ground.
Notable colorless cards: Forsake Sanctuary makes playing BW even more appealing. Traveler's amulet helps 3 color. Gleaming Barrier is fine.
At the end of the day i think I need to go WB with this pool. A third color is mandatory as there is not enough power in those two colors. Green and Blue each offer a removal spell and a good rare. Both are very hard to splash given the double color spells.. Tough call.
