Once you start getting your reps in, you'll get a better feel for what fits your playstyle. Even before Dragonstorm, Isshin had a lot of solid options especially in the 4 drop slot.

As far as I can tell, there haven't been any changes to my profile. I haven't received any notifications about changes to my supporter membership, or that I should become one. Matter of fact, a couple of my decks were auto-featured recently for being a supporter.

It looks like you already changed it, but I was unsure about your previous inclusion of Kolaghan, esp since the Ignoble Hierarchs were your only source of Black mana.

I think what AlwaysAblaze is trying to suggest is that you will likely need a Vigilance anthem like Brave the Sands, because your creatures will not untap with every single extra combat step. Reconnaissance was also recently reprinted and has some updated reminder text. It's essentially a pseudo-Vigilance anthem with the upside of being able to pull your creatures out of combat at any point, including after they have dealt combat damage, but before combat ends.

I know you have a major Samurai creature theme going, but I also wanted to let you know that the older Samurai don't work super well with Isshin, unfortunately. The Bushido ability only triggers when the creature with it blocks or becomes blocked, and doesn't trigger on attack.

I'm honestly a bit surprised that Tsagan is an Alchemy exclusive card. Nothing about it seems like it would work in digital only.

The Meathook Massacre is a cool card OberstHati. I hadn't picked up a copy due to how expensive it's consistently been, but that might change now that my friends and I proxy more.

My best friend runs it in a couple of his more sacrifice focused decks, so I've been on the receiving end of it enough lol. I think Meathook, while strong, shines most in those decks that have more direct control over sacrificing things. I can see the case for inclusion here though, since tokens tend to die in combat pretty easily.

BenTim, Backgrounds can be used in the 99, and are treated as a typical enchantment. I run Backgrounds in the 99 of a couple of decks and they aren't flagged as being "illegal" cards.

I think that your mutate spells will get the benefit of the cost reduction from The Sibsig Ceremony, since they are creature spells on the stack, but they won't be destroyed, since it mutates onto an existing creature:

"A mutating creature spell is a creature spell, even if it won't enter the battlefield as a creature."

"A mutating creature spell that resolves doesn't enter the battlefield. It simply merges with the target creature. As this happens, the controller of the mutating creature spell chooses whether to put it on top of the target creature or on the bottom. Abilities that trigger whenever a creature enters the battlefield don't trigger."

I'd also recommend checking out Zurgo Stormrender as a Mardu tokens commander option. His draw/group slug triggers work really well with both Mobilize creatures like himself or Myriad creatures like Hammers of Moradin.

On one of the last deck updates for Isshin I used DJ Khaled's Suffering from Success album to kinda summarize how it felt to get so many things that worked for the deck. I recently wrote up a deck update for Isshin that details the 9ish swaps I'm currently trying out, in case you're curious and wanted to peep.

As for this deck, I think I'm at a point with it where I'm waiting to see what the FF set has in store, and get some more reps in IRL before I make any other additional swaps.

Other than that (shrug). Only thing I've been doing differently is that I've been cycling it as my primary deck, especially before all the Dragonstorm spoilers started hitting. Isshin is my deck that really got lots of new stuff from TDM/TDC, and some of the others got a couple of cards each.
