what about Cleaver Skaab and Necroduality. Super powerful, but not infintie. If you did want to go infinite, you could also look at Cloudstone Curio.

Also a fan of Liliana, Untouched By Death - particularly good where Zombuls are concerned, especially as can hit that -3 ability on playing it and giving access to your whole graveyard. Of course Rooftop Storm means you get to play them for free.

Balthor the Defiled is a fun reanimator, just be wary that your opponents dont get better value than you.

So before I give too many suggestions, can I ask what is the overall game plan? Do you have particular budget restrictions etc?

I would say, I did make this deck myself, and whilst it was pretty good, the play style was not for me. That being said, as your commander has pay off for playing in other peoples turns, may be best to have some additional payoffs as well. I was a big fan of Wavebreak Hippocamp to keep you with card draw, and also Hullbreaker Horror. I get they are both not Faeries, but they are really really useful. Maybe you could get an alter with a Horror with Faerie wings? lol.

Additionally to that, Cloudstone Curio lets you bounce you own flash creatures to your hand, to play again. Also really good once you have played your Brazen Borrower type adventure cards as.... you can use those adventures again.

So having a look, I think there are a couple cuts that could be made without much pain.

1. Endless Atlas - : conditional draw 1 is really not very good. You have better draw on board, and if you are spending mana on this, then you are more than likely digging for an answer.
2. Heliod's Intervention - You have better removal on board, and you have lifegain as well.
3. Soul Warden/Soul's Attendant - Contentious choice I know, but hear me out. I know you gain more life than most due to the token generation, but aside from that it does not do much, is not a soldier, and there is no wincon related to this. At the very least, I think you could drop one of them.

Just my opinion. Good luck in making the cuts, know it can be hard to make the decisive choice. Good luck with the deck +1

So had made this kind of deck a while back. Found buyback was a pretty useful one, so something like Capsize can mean you always have something in you hand to trigger your commander.

Cloudstone Curio also means that when you are flashing things in on opponents turns, can bounce another Faerie back to your hand to play on another turn as well.

I also found Hullbreaker Horror and Wavebreak Hippocamp to be really useful for some additional value in playing on other peoples turns.

So whilst your Commander does let you reanimate a few each turn, feel like some mass return would be a good idea maybe.

Phyrexian Delver, Balthor the Defiled, Zombie Apocalypse, Living Death. Patriarch's Bidding. will all likely give you a better outcome than any non typal based decks. And if you happen to have milled a Gray Merchant of Asphodel then it will see everything else also enter and will count their devotion too!

Also, Noxious Ghoul can be back breaking for other decks, especially if you are getting more than 1 Zomboi onto the battlefield each turn. With an Endless Ranks of the Dead can literally keep everyone off creatures, and your board safe and sound.

Kind of feel Call to the Grave would also be useful given that you only have 2 non Zomboi creatures.
