a list of potential commanders for my friend who likes silly stuff and wants to get into magic. go ahead and reference this to help noobs in a similar boat. at least one of each color combo commander except some of the 4C combos. All of these either:
A. Are wacky on their own
B. Enable wacky stuff with easy mana or card advantage
or C. Combo with other things very easily.
Custom filters will separate them by color identity.
For the friend in question, price is a big factor (being new to magic) so most of these are fairly cheap, I specifically excluded most wizard tribal things because they will simply be more expensive (Azami, Adeliz, Naban, etc.) but left Inalla because she's a precon commander, and a good example of that archetype.
