Cool commander idea! Have you considered adding Repercussion? It'll alow your deck work even if someone removed your commander or just double the damage while your commander is out.

If you're open to recommendations, here are some potential powerhouses. Iridescent Hornbeetle could play into your "Number of creatures" synergies. Clamavus would grow so fast it's not even funny.
