Whenever a creature deals damage to you, put a stun counter on it.

Whenever a spell an opponent controls targets you or a permanent you control, that player can't cast spells until the end of your next turn.

Make a permanent spell with the word "Always" in its name, that contains the words "opponent," "destroy" and "if" in its rules text.
