#2
Aeonaxis, Titan of Time's Folly
Legendary Creature - Elder Giant
When ~ enters the battlefield, sacrifice it unless it escaped.
Whenever ~ enters the battlefield or or becomes the target of a spell or ability an opponent controls, target opponent chooses untap, combat, or main phase. That player skips each instance of that step or phase until your next turn.
Escape: , Exile five other cards from your graveyard. (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its escape cost)

"A minute is second to none — save eternity everlasting."
I hope that I incorporated the Ward cost fairly, while keeping it inline with the likes of Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger, Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath and Phlage, Titan of Fire's Fury.
Next challenge is to make another Elder Giant inline with the above of another color pair!

"To explain just how great he is, it'd take at least 7 generations. Unfortunately, by that time, he'd only become even greater."
