I've seen about four Uril decks so far and they all suck major balls. My deck list isn't any better seeing as it's mostly support with tutors and aura recursion. But my interpretation of what Uril should do is by far better than what I've seen so far.
You're a scrub if you play any Artifacts with the exception of a board wipe, Top, Sol Ring or Chromatic lantern. Uril is meant to be used with AURAS, putting in useless Artifacts takes away from the overall usefulness.
I will admit there could some better non basic lands in here, but I don't understand why people are running filler lands or no dual/shock/fetch lands. That's just screaming " I want to lose".
I will also admit that this deck could use some more power/beef/protection, but you're not really dependent on one card besides the general and maybe the two angels from Avacyn Restored. This deck is a little aura heavy, but at the same time has the best auras Magic has in Uril colors. I would put in say Blessing of the Nephilim because it's +5/+5 for one mana, pretty solid or Rancor.
If you have Boonweaver Giant and happen to have a repeatable sac outlet and have Pattern of Rebirth on him... pretty much throws every single creature into play with Karmic Guide and Eternal Witness. If you have Forbidden Orchard out on turn 1 and Defense of the Heart in hand, you can give someone 1/1 spirits each turn that will trigger Defense fetching up two free creatures on turn 4.
