This is, indisputably, undeniably, without a doubt POSSIBLY the most comprehensive list of viable, fun, and meme-y pauper commanders on the internet. I have poured through set after set to find only the most playable, most interesting, most obscure, and funniest commanders PDH has to offer. THIS IS JUST MY OPINION, BASED AS IT IS. If you don't see your favorite on here, I either missed it in the grand mess that is the MTG card catalogue, or I just don't vibe with it like you do. Chill, daddy.

Creatures that "Partner With" specific other cards are ruled to function as partner commanders, so they're fair game to play! These partners include:

Blaring Captain and Blaring Recruiter

Chakram Slinger and Chakram Retriever

Proud Mentor and Impetuous Protege

Ley Weaver and Lore Weaver

Soulblade Corrupter and Soulblade Renewer

Hada Freeblade/Kazandu Blademaster: This card has the potential to be playable, but ally creatures are scarce at common and there are only 11 which could be put into a deck using it. No other mono-color creature which uses ally tactics even got mentioned because the other colors have it even worse. If you want mono-color allies, this is basically it, otherwise stick to multicolor commanders.
Scrib Nibblers: This card is not good. What this card IS is fun and cute and I wanted to add it because it seems uniquely harmless in a way I don't think opponents would find offensive enough to target your for. Call me crazy but I have a hunch.
Goblin Artillery/Orcish Cannoneers: Goblins.
Evil Eye of Urborg: Listen, i'm not saying it's good, but what I am saying is look at it.
Vedalken Plotter/Undercity Informer: Gets a pass for shenanigans
Valor, Wonder, Anger, Brawn: These cards earned a spot on the list for being particularly unique in utilization.
Blood Speaker: This card can't work in pauper given how few demons actually exist BUT if at some point we get more common demons then this could be very fun to play.
Droning Bureaucrats: This card is hilarious and anyone who plays it gets points whether they win or not
Haunted Angel: This isn't particularly good, obviously BUT I feel like it would be really funny to run it in a deck that has protection from black so you're essentially giving opponents pieces that they can only use to hurt each other. A very specific strategy, but what is this cheap-ass format for if not making memes.
Goblin Cadets: This is a pick based on chaos. I'd love to build a deck that stacks this guy and passes him off to someone else to cause havoc with lol.
Mobile Fort: building voltron building volton
Peregrine Drake: degeneracy
Bladewing the Risen/Bladewing's Thrall: Dragons are severely lacking at common, so these card can't really live up to their potential simply out of lack of support. In the future they may become much more playable though.
Hotshot Mechanic: There are currently 11 vehicles at common which could POTENTIALLY be enough to make a deck using this commander, but very well could just be too few as well, so its viablility remains up in the air but doubtful for the time being.
