Magic is one of my favorite pastimes, which I picked up near the end of the Theros block. My first pack featured Ral Zarek, and while I tried , Gray Merchant of Aphsodel was much more promising. This started a long trend of all my decks having .

I'm an avid fan of cEDH, but I enjoy sitting down at a pod with a casual, grindy battlecruiser deck too. In more competitive environments I prefer fast combos with plenty of interaction, for casual play I opt for strong, repeatable synergies to grind down the opposition.
