a modern deck featuring everyone's favorite earthbound character starma.. i mean [Blistercoil Weird]. The goal of the deck is very similar to that of UR storm, cast instants that are cheap, followed by [Grapeshot]. While using grapeshot after each instance of it you can use [Gelectrode] effect, tap him, and deal 1 damage. Say 6 spells were cast then grapeshot was used, if it's turn 3 then you can do, 6 + 6 + 6 or 18 damage in a turn. With the amount of fetchlands and shocklands being used a person only has to do around 15-12 damage.

Optimal turns and stuff T1 = fetch to [Steam Vents] to [Blistercoil Weird] T2 = a land to [Goblin Electromancer] T3 = cast burn spells to kill with [Grapeshot] & [Blistercoil Weird] or cast [Gelectrode] T4 = go off and win.

The deck does have problems with the mana base. Using 17 mana is very risky and you only need about 4 mana do get stuff done.
