No matter how good my decks are or how long I play I always feel like a newbie. I mainly play in Abzan colors. Aristocrats is my favorite style of gameplay, followed by +1/+1 counter synergies. My favorite planes are New Capenna, Ravnica, and Bloomburrow. If I had to choose a color choice for my personality it would be Mardu. Card Gaymer (They/Them please).

Referencing the colors directly in a story can come across as very video/tabletop game-y and corny and I think writers have realized this. The magic each color represents is a wide enough diversity that it makes more sense to specify what kind of magic they use instead of an umbrella term.
