my GF is looking to get into Pauper, and wants to pet-deck a angel tribal deck.
I get the synergies typical with Angel tribal, but won't Guardians' Pledge be better than Rally the Peasants? I don't see where you can generate the Red mana for flashback. would love to see a Sideboard for this too.

#1Also, maybe some Ephemerate or Cloudshift for some flicker goodness looks good since you're making use of some ETB effects. Not sure how that fits, but maybe a different angle you can take with the build.
It gets you more card draws, some surprise pump and some value on creatures already on the board.
