Probably already considered, but Mondrak or Anointed Procession. Also a bunch of token/weeny specific white and artifact cards dedicated to you drawing (such as Idol of Oblivion or Mentor of the Meek).

Rise of the Hobgoblins for tokens and some utility.

Abiding Grace if your running at least 10-15 cheap goblins and/or support.

Fanatical Devotion: Lose your tokens to save your threats.

In white, Reconnaissance. Gives pseudo vigilance but allows you to attack with every creature every combat with near impunity (just remove them from combat after damage or in response to an unfavorable block).

Having more products and better reprints isn't a bad thing. I would probably enjoy them myself. I'm just still a bit pessimistic/skeptical about WOTC gaining control of the RC.

Wizard's had a 1hr discussion about it posted on Daily MTG. The VP (Athony somthing?) said along the lines they don't make decisions based on profit but instead on making the player base happy. Said they make more products to be diverse and engage more players.

While I believe that is mostly true, I found them more or less dismissing the profit aspect as dubious at best which didn't sound like the truth. I get WOTC is a business but Hasbro's greed has me worried (as it did before just slightly worse).

Just gonna have to wait and see.

Guve it a couple years and Wizards will be printing 'premium' commander precons at tier two and tier three.

It looks fun to play. Though I don't see a clear win-con. How do you plan to win or close out games?

Even though I do not believe they were completely independent, they were at least mostly independent. This is bad news. We were better off without the greed machine in complete control.

Personally, I find this a serious conflict of interest. It's one thing to talk with Wizards (such as, please don't make X because it's bad for the format) and it's another thing to actively be employed by WOTC and serve in the RC.
