With Treefolk Umbra specifically, I was thinking that the Totem Armor ability sort of helped against creature removal as the enchantment would be destroyed but not the creature.
I do understand it's subpar compared your suggestion of just going straight removal. I will look into that!

It's marked that way only because I honestly know very little about what makes a deck legal for different formats. My playgroup just allows anything and everything since mostly budget is our limiting factor.
Every once in awhile we might splurge and buy a single $100 card but like, it's very far and few between.
Thank you! You've been super helpful!

Thanks! As far as Uncharted Haven goes, I know you are correct, I just don't have access to dual lands that don't come into play tapped and don't have the income yet to buy those, but your suggestion here is definitely helpful. I suppose I could do something like the lands that come in tapped first or pay 1 life and then they be be tapped for Island or Forest?
Witch's Web was more a way to defend against flyers specifically in my playgroup (so that is pretty niche and I didn't mention that).
Primal Might, Angler Turtle, Steelbane Hydra are multiple cards for a game ender situation.
I was also thinking of adding redundancy. So Assault Formation, Treefolk Umbra and Bedrock Tortoise are 6 cards that can get the turtles swinging with their butts.
Artful dodge, Indomitable Might, Kappa Tech wrecker are multiple ways to get damage through, Sheltering Word and Gaea's Gift and Crypsis are multiple cards helping to protect the creatures from various things, etc.
I used a mana curve calculator to do the lands and that's what it sort of came up with, so I started with that.
These were just my thoughts when building it.
I really appreciate your insights and I'm gonna try out ways to incorporate your thoughts to make the deck more streamlined like you both mentioned! :D

Thank you so much for educating me on the formats a bit! I'll keep looking into that. When posting here, I definitely want to be helpful with information so that advise is better tailored!
Also, those cards look super helpful!
I'm gonna keep applying the great information you've all contributed!
