if you copy oona and shauku, their abilities belong to the mimeoplasm. when mimeoplasm says "exiled by it", it just means itself, even if its name changes. if you exile a commander, the controlling can just return it to the command zone, so it does not matter much. the commander won't be in exile anyway.

i'd recommend cutting birds and kinnan for Arbor Elf and Utopia Sprawl, then cutting Yavimaya Coast and adding Misty Rainforest and Breeding Pool. 7 mana cards are a bit expensive for modern, but Elder Gargaroth is pretty nice. i'd cut the Gods Willing since you have no lands that produce white. Ram Through is probably your best removal option in green if you stick to tramplers.

stompy/zoo is just aggro, which coco does best. the simplest answer is to cut the enchantments and helix and run Aether Vial and coco. if coco whiffs, you just built the deck wrong.

how is coco "redundant"? saving on mana, card advantage, and instant speed creatures isn't something your current list can already do.

plakjekaas if you google "mtg punisher cards", the first link says punisher cards can be either of those types of choices.

btw rosewater didn't actually say black shouldn't have punisher cards, just that neither of the choices should be something the color normally doesn't do. like Dash Hopes countering a spell. but thats another time spiral card.

Chaplain's Blessing may give more life than Healing Salve, but i wouldn't call it the better card overall. life gain effects, especially one-time use effects that don't do anything else, don't see play not because of the ratio of life : mana, but because life gain by itself doesn't win the game, just stalls the game. and that goal is better accomplished by just using removal. a card could be a 1-mana instant "gain 10 life" and still not see play except in one specific deck with a particular combo. even then, the player will likely just opt for an infinite lifegain combo

if you wanna play "burn" in commander, i'd recommend just playing every color if you can. Unbound Flourishing with cards like Red Sun's Zenith and Torment of Hailfire, plus white for Idyllic Tutor and Academy Rector as well as removal.

Fate Transfer may have a "surprise element" in niche scenarios, but its only helpful if you have it, and 2 mana, when your opponent removes the creature, and even then it only works once. theres a reason The Ozolith is expensive. even Bioshift would be better since its only 1 mana and you can choose how many counters you move. Winding Constrictor is an upgrade to Cursed Wombat since its not limited to once per turn.

modern is a pretty brutal format right now. if you can't win on turn 4, you need heavy amounts of removal to stop the decks that can.
