Card creation challenge...
#2
Vivien, Protector of the Meek
Legendary Planeswalker- Vivien
When ~ enters, create a Legendary Land token named Ancient's Hallow. It has ":Add one mana of any color."
+1 Until the beginning of your next upkeep, prevent all combat damage to creatures you control.
-X look at the top X cards of your library. Put a creature card from among them into the battlefield and put the rest in the bottom of your library in any order.
-7 Create ten 1/1 green Bushwaag creatures with "whenever this creature is blocked, it gets +1/+1 and trample until end of turn."
3
Choose one:
Option 1: Create a card around this image: a Picida kneels before the Ancient, angry and mournful.
AND this flavor text: "My power is so vast, your imagination could hardly scratch the surface. The pain I feel for your suffering is beyond your ability to measure."
Option 2: Create a story spotlight card. It must be a Legendary Picida creature that turns into a Planeswalker. Vivien must be quoted in the flavor text.

Combo, er no?...

Have you considered Tear Asunder? It will allow you to get rid of permanents like Darksteel Colossus. Also, if at some point you want to fit in some green, Dina, Soul Steeper would be my pick. You can tap your elves and then sacrifice them to make her stronger. I hope this helps. Happy Hunting!

Beyond Sobek, there didn't seem to be an obvious point of reference for the Woat or the Human factions I could find. I figured we were making up this plane as we went along so I made up the Picida. Picida comes from the word picidae, which is the taxonomic term for woodpeckers.

Casal, Picida Architect
Image: An anthropomorphic woodpecker uses a Tai Chi movement to move a wave of blue energy towards a dimly glowing cliffside house built of wood, stone and a few large pieces of scrap metal.
Legendary Creature- Bird Shaman
Instants and sorceries cost less for each artifact you control.
Whenever you cast an Instant or sorcery, create an artifact land token named Picida Nest. It has "Hexproof" and ": Add , or to your mana pool".
3/5
The Picida are a birdlike faction on The Ancient's Plane. They tower over humans, but are smaller than the Sobek and the Woat. Rejecting the power of the Sobek and the Woat, they fled their swamp homes centuries ago to live in the river valleys and mountain ranges. They revere the Ancient, but deeply resent the circumstances it allowed that forced them to change their way of life.
They have the ability to create powerful tools by binding together refuse with mana, which they can also use to cast powerful spells.
While preferring solitary life, Picida will band together in communities if a large group of outsiders are too close to their lands. Leadership among the Picida depends on the task at hand, as the most skilled assume control; with the most important tasks always coming first. These communities always disband when the threat is over.
Choose One:
-Create another Picida Creature. It must be able to craft nonland artifact tokens into an artifact equipment token with charge counters.
-Create an Instant or sorcery that's Picida in flavor.

Doubling Walkers...

Have you considered Encroaching Mycosynth? Just like Mycosynth Lattice, It will make all your permanents artifacts, but with the added bonus of making it so in all zones. This could help you retrieve a card from exile with Karn, the Great Creator or increase your mana production with Metalworker.
I would strongly urge you to find a spot, if you can, for Tezzeret, Master of the Bridge. Especially if you choose to add Encroaching Mycosynth.
To make room, my suggestion would be to move some of your artifacts to your sideboard and take advantage of Karn's -2. Blightsteel Colossus and Darksteel Colossus would be my picks. I'd also add to the sideboard Darksteel Forge.
If you choose to add Darksteel Forge to the Sideboard, May I suggest any combination of Lazotep Plating and Padeem, Consul of Innovation? This will make your deck immune to a lot of board wipes.
As for ramp, you may want to consider replacing all your copies of Search for Tomorrow with either Rampant Growth or Emergent Sequence and Sylvan Scrying with Nissa, Steward of Elements.
I hope this helps. Thank you for reading me out. Happy Hunting!

Beginner Red/Black Deck...
#9
If you reduce yourself to one copy of each card(except for basic lands, which you can have multiples of), you'll end up with 58 spells(57 if Screeching Bat Flip//Stalking Vampire Flip is counted twice on your list) and 34 lands. Even if you had a legendary creature in this collection you don't have enough cards for a commander deck. Until you can get the Legendary Creature and the other 7 or 8 cards to fill out a commander deck, my suggestion is to work towards a modern deck.
The only clear cut recommendations I'm making will concern your lands. Having Evolving Wilds, Rakdos Carnarium and Terramorphic Expanse would be great if you were running a landfall deck, but you only have three cards with landfall—and Rakdos Carnarium isn't a land I would put in a non-landfall deck without ways to play additional lands(like Walking Atlas). My suggestion is all three copies of Mortuary Mire and both copies of Rix Maadi, Dungeon Palace. Tapping four lands to make everyone discard may be a lot, but it will prove useful in the late game when you have a lot of mana floating around. You simply activate the land's ability, discard a high mana cost creature card you have, and put it back in your library when you play Mortuary Mire.
Other than that you'll want to build the deck with as much synergy as possible. I suggest organizing all your cards into piles. One for death triggers, one for spells that can benefit from discard, one for ways to sacrifice creatures, one for lifegain and one with creatures that get stronger, and so forth. Look at if/how they interact with each other. One example is how sacrificing Deadbridge Shaman to help pay for Altar's Reap gives you some card advantage.
Another thing to take into account is mana efficiency. If, for example, you're wanting to run a burn deck(Spells that do direct damage), you'll want to consider cards that give off at least one damage for each one mana spent. Lightning Bolt is a good example of mana efficiency, not so much for Explosive Impact.
I hope it's enough for you to get started. Don't be afraid to ask questions if you have any. Thank you for reading me out. May you draw well!

Have you considered Syr Konrad, the Grim? Instead of avoiding the graveyard hate, you can punish your opponents for it.

#1A card with a similar effect to Varchild, Betrayer of Kjeldor is Combat Calligrapher. Though you can balance the drawback a bit by adding Blood Seeker to your deck.
Other cards I think may work the way yer looking for are Bloodvial Purveyor and Jolene, the Plunder Queen.
There's also the "Vow of..." cycle. The ones relevant to your deck are:: Vow of Duty, Vow of Lightning, Vow of Malice, Vow of Torment, and Vow of Wildness. Another Aura that works like that is Spectral Grasp.
Also, if you really wanna have some fun, there's also Jinxed Choker, Jinxed Idol, Jinxed Ring and Sleeper Agent. And don't forget the Demonic Pact+Harmless Offering combo!
I hope this helps. Thank you for reading me out. Happy Hunting!
