Estrid's Mask
Legendary Enchantment Planeswalker- Aura
As long as ~ is attached to a creature, ~ can't be attacked.
+3 Attach ~ to up to one target creature you control. It gets +3/+3, Hexproof and Indestructible as long as ~ is attached to it.
-6 Scry 10.
-12 You get an emblem with "You may activate Planeswalker abilities as if they were instants". Each opponent gets an emblem with "You can only activate one loyalty ability per turn and only as a Sorcery."

Lot Removal
Enchantment
When ~ enters, mill five cards. Then put a creature card or basic swamp card from the graveyard into your hand.
When a spell or ability causes your entire graveyard to be exiled, sacrifice this enchantment and all creatures enter the battlefield as black zombie creatures instead.
"Well, that's one way to relocate the graveyard." –Guillen, Tender of Grounds.
Create Guillen, Tender of Grounds. He cannot have any form of necromancy, but his flavor is of that of a graveyard caretaker.

Have you considered Mystic Sanctuary? It will allow you to retrieve an instant or sorcery from the graveyard. Also, Have you considered adding Didn't Say Please? It's a functional reprint of Thought Collapse.
Here are some other suggestions I have:
-As you evolve this deck, you should really consider leaning further into the card draw the Jace Planeswalkers offer. This is why I recommend replacing Search for Azcanta with Jace's Erasure.
-If/When you can afford it, replace Augur Of Bolas with Thassa's Oracle. While it may be a tad more difficult to get an instant or sorcery from your library, not only it will also allow you access to other card types, but you have an extra alternate win card in the event you lose Jace, Wielder of Mysteries.
-One of Mill's biggest weaknesses is how it can feed the graveyards of opponents with strong graveyard interaction. Which is why I recommend replacing Field of Ruin with Scavenger Grounds and Negate with Grip of Amnesia.
I hope this helps. Thank you for reading me out. Happy Hunting!

Graaz's Resolve
Instant
Juggernauts you control become noncreature artifact vehicles with crew 1. They are still Juggernauts. Until the end of you next turn, Juggernauts you control get +X/+0 where X is the total power of creatures tapped to crew it.
Choose a junk Magic permanent card. Then create a non permanent spell that can't be cast if the permanent isn't on the battlefield.
