I started playing Magic in February 2009. I quickly discovered that I had more fun ruining other players decks (by milling, counterspelling and alternate winning) than I did in a straight damage race, and therefore most of the decks I make are very Control and Combo orientated.
I play Legacy decks, as the group I am a part of like playing around with all their older cards, and don't feel pressured into buying all the new sets every three months.
