A rough draft, budget UR control deck. Goal is to win by milling using Sphinx's Tutelage but not going all in on the combo, instead using Chandra, Flamecaller and Treasure Cruise to turbo-mill within a solid control shell.
It could very well be that Chandra is powerful enough to win purely off her +1 and that she should be played as a 4-of without Tutelage and maybe a 2x Dig Through Time.
The mana base is very weak due to splashing a bit of green to max out Radiant Flames, trying to decide if that card and the corresponding splash is worth it.
