Whenever a permanent comes into play, remove the bottom card of your library from the game.

When there are 33 cards removed from the game this way, all creatures and lands lose all types and abilities. Then creatures become 0/3 Hippos with Defender, lands become Forbidden Orchards, and you create a 1/1 Phelddagrif with ": Gains Flying until end of turn. Each player draws a card and gains 1 life" for each creature you exiled with Udder Nonsense. Put all lands from all graveyards and from exile into play under your control.

I don't even know if that would fit on a card, but I wanted something that added to the types Hippo and Phelddagrif. Speaking of types lacking substance, there are only a few Rabbits in Magic... and no commanding representatives.

Create a Legendary Rabbit that would entice WoTC to flesh out the Rabbit creature type.
