Looking at other Melira-combo related decks, I felt that some were a bit inconsistent. Now, I don't know what the makers of those decks were aiming for, but in a Melira deck, I would want to take full advantage of the combo possibilities with Melira. So, I decided that I didn't want any removal or counter spells, only Spellskite, to make room for additional "sacrifice a creature:" type spells, and more creatures with persist. With no removal, it would be smart to wait for the opponent to tap out before Melira is played. This is all just an idea I had at school. Please give me your opinions/suggestions! :)
