Panharmonicon's expained: A triggered ability can be identified by the words "when," "whenever," or "at", which will usually be found at the start of the ability. Also 'comes into play' has been changed to 'enters the battlefield' so Pan works with it.

Epochrasite can get so much value, and could be on curve with Panharmonicon - cast for 2 mana on turn 2, block with it opposition's turn 3, my turn 4 it'll have 1 time counter on it & I cast in 'Pan', then turn 5 I've got a 7/7 for 2 mana!

Open the Gates I could go for a full-on discard/sacrifice route, and later return all the graveyard cards as a wincon.
