#1Balaam maybe Cease / Desist for the sideboard Something like that? not sure what standard has as far as "target player gains life" spells. I think the problem youll run into more often is the getting the opponent down to 10 in the first place. Lifelink creatures hurt this deck, perhaps something that prevents lifegain, like Giant Cindermaw or Sunspine Lynx in the SB aswell.
