Description

Imagine this:

When you die your soul passes into a realm where others have similarly gone to pass into the afterlife. As you find yourself in death, the Reaper of the Wilds takes your soul and ferries you through the Llanowar Wastes, and then the Polluted Delta as you gaze at the bodies also being sent to the underworld.

As you pass through the underworld, a Nighthowler is seen in the background feasting from the remnants of a warrior who has come from a different plane to save his loved one. The creature grows bulkier as the soul of the warrior is seen being carried away. The warrior is Despised as it's soul trembles as the pain surrounds it. Suddenly, the Soul of Innistrad appears, a massive form of embodiment of death itself.

The warrior is carried away. You are alone on the ferry as you come before the gates of the underworld itself. It is nothing you have expected before: crested with Slyvan Caryatids in it's doorway, a few Courser of Kruphix open the door as you are greeted by a Saty Wayfinder whom looks excited to see you.

"Welcome traveler!" the Satyr says with a grin on it's face. This land is nothing you've seen before. A shining palace, perhaps the Opulent Palace from legends that you have heard of, stands directly before you. In the distance are temples, one that you think is called the Temple of Malady, and another that you remember being called the Temple of Deceit.

The satyr walks you through the Forest that leads you to the palace. Along the way you can see massive bees followed by their queen. Hornet Queen was what you remember it being called. There seems to be a battle going on. One army is lead by a Sagu Mauler, with its limbs tearing through the trees like paper. The other seems to be lead by another strange being that reminds you of the Soul of Innistrad, the Torrent Elemental. As the battle continues you can clearly see that the palace is just beyond a vast Swamp.

In the background there are yet more temples as far as the eyes can see. These ones only seem to worship one true leader though, and you wonder just who that leader is. The satyr has said nothing since you've arrive, and you grow more and more curious as your feet sink into the thick mud beneath you. You almost wish that you were back home on the Windswept Heaths that glistened in the sunlight. You miss your family back on the Sandsteppe Citadel where you lived previously. But this was going to be your newest home as you passed into death.

You eventually find yourself on the steps of the palace, and stare at the remarkably towering architecture above you in awe. Your mind feels like an Island out at sea, drifting mindlessly as you gaze in wonder. A whip is heard in the background. Perhaps it is the Whip of Erebos that was once told in legends. But as this whip is heard, the gateway opens, and standing before you is a creature of pure malicious intent.

"Welcome. I am Sidisi, Brood Tyrant," the creature says.
